	CASE
	... A motorbike manufacturer wanted to reduce its costs and offer a better customer service through its vast network of retailers. A large centralized inventory was to be made available to the retailers at attractive prices and fast deliveries.

	CHALLENGE
	... The decision was made in three weeks. The large inventory was to arrive in our warehouse and its 4,000 references classified. The nature of some products required special handling and storage measures. Inventory control and order management were crucial issues to our new customer since a yearly average of 65,000 orders are placed.. I.T.S. FABRY had to adapt technology and retailers had to be delivered without any interruption during the set-up phase.

	ACHIEVEMENT
	... In less than three weeks, new racks, bins and even a dedicated room were built to accommodate the needs of our new customers. Our MIS department set up the entire technological infrastructure required and the distribution center was up and running on time to ensure continuous deliveries to clients.
