FABRY Customs Clearance business was already based in Maubeuge.
When the company developed its logistics package, the decision
was made to remain in the same area. Several reasons were
in favor of Maubeuge:
It
is a prime distribution spot for the whole of Europe. Looking
at this map, you can see that I.T.S. FABRY is right in
the center of the "golden croissant". We have
the best European seaports: Antwerp, Rotterdam and Calais
(for UK), 3 major airports: Paris, Lille and Brussels and
a dense highway network right at our door.
Labor cost are lower than in larger metropolis like Paris or
Lille
The heritage of international business thanks to the proximity
of the Belgian border is part of the local culture

you offer bonded warehouse?

A: Yes.
I.T.S. FABRY facilities are bonded and you can take advantage
of the deferred payment of duties. We will carefully review
with you the different options and select the most cost-effective
solution for your company. Bonded warehouse savings do
vary greatly for a business to another and I.T.S. FABRY
will put its expertise at your service
Q: Can
you adapt our products to the different country
requirements or handle last minute assembly?

A: Yes.
Our clients have had these concerns and I.T.S. FABRY addressed
them on a case basis. We customize shipments according
to their destinations (e.g. manuals in the appropriate
language) We can even perform last minute assembly modifications
(e.g. electrical plugs) or add anti-theft devices, labels
of all sorts, etc…

Q: Do you have your own transport fleet?

A: No. I.T.S. FABRY contemplated this option and decided
to concentrate the efforts of its transport department on
finding the best prices for our clients. Freight charges
are so volatile that we are able to offer low cost transport
thanks to our dedicated team and the preferred rates we negotiated
with some carriers. Our own fleet would not achieve such
low costs on every routes. We pass these savings along so
I.T.S. FABRY and our customers are more competitive.
