Internship: We welcome foreign interns as well as Chinese interns. All Chinese interns are coupled with a foreign counterpart, making a good opportunity for both of them to learn team group, and to increase culture exchanges. Under the supervision of a senior manager, you will get during your internship:

• Training:
·Each new intern is trained by one senior manager in Chinese or English. Additional training is provided regularly, depending on the needs of the intern.

• Experience:
·By joining ITS Fabry China, you will be guaranteed constant exposure to new companies and new situations. You will be offered opportunity to attend negociations and meetings depending on your results.

• Evaluations:
·Evaluations are conducted every week with your senior manager. They highlight your progress and help you resolve some of the sticky points you will encounter during your prospection.
